Hello. that the new one. first time, you should always check the labels on food cans before you buy. Most cereals are entitled to "healthy", but loaded with carbohydrates and sugar.

I like the Special K Cinnamon Pecan cereal. but you can always a good old healthy cereal box regular and flavored with some fruit and spices. Just make sure not to go overboard

When the pancakes I was always a syrup with the fruit in them, and with 0 carb maple

You can try this recipe if you want to:

Fake French Bread
2 eggs
1 tablespoon water
1 pkt Splenda
cinnimon touch

Beat the eggs (with the hand to be disclosed in order) into a small bowl. Add the rest and beat some more. Spray small frying pan with your favorite spray. Heat over medium heat until a drop of water sizzle. Pour eggs into the pan and cover. Bake until it firmly. (For the pot makes it light and fluffy.)

Serve immediately with syrup made of sugar, a little

Perhaps a little oatmeal, not the instant kind, but quick oats cook in about five minutes ... sweetened with Splenda rather well ... and could be a few bananas or strawberries ...

The problem is the carbohydrates that quickly turn into sugar .. probably with a slice of toast with peanut butter and half a banana is sliced ... is sweet, but not make your blood sugar levels in the blood is too high ...

Good luck - we hope that diabetes is gone once the baby has to be beautiful!

Good luck!
