He told Oprah that the AIDS crisis in Africa will have a global problem, we must intervene to correct "to" the problem, no one thinks we have enough problems of their own who are concerned about Africa, problems? I guess he is more and Oprah have schools and clinics for their children if we are building here is the need for schools and people with medical needs .... Opinions?
