Cholesterol is something that contribute to heart disease can be. Other risk factors include male gender, African American, overweight, family history, diabetes, high cholesterol, physical inactivity, among others. Some people suffer from heart disease, none of these. It is a disease that transcends all barriers. The best thing we can do is try to take care of ourselves and take the regular monitoring.
