My eyes were swollen and I felt a little watering after using Dazzle dust. Could an allergy to anything under the shadow of eyes?

Most people can use powder eyeshadow. If you have a problem, try another brand of eye shadow powder. But if you really like the color, could help at times with a sponge eye shadow, as the dust can get into the eye without knowing that you can do and what appears to be a response later.
